Athletic Team Travel
Due to COVID-19, the University's travel policies remain in effect for the Fall 2021 semester. As part of the Travel Registry process, you will need to provide the name of your supervising University vice president or dean who has approved your travel. For questions, please contact travelregistry@nd.edu.
This registration is ONLY for University of Notre Dame Athletic Teams traveling internationally.
Please note below the following information and/or documents you will need to complete and submit the travel registration questionnaire:
- Location(s) and dates of your travel
- List the names and contact information (title, phone number to be used while abroad, email address, and emergency contact information) for all faculty/staff that will be traveling with the team
- Team Roster and Emergency Contact Information
- Team's travel itinerary (include accommodations and contact information for each location)
